This course aims to take students through what it means to be a consultant. It will cover all the four competency areas including interpersonal, technical, consulting and self-management competences. Lectures and sharing of consulting experience through brainstorming sessions and case studies will be the main approaches for the delivery of this course. At the end of this course, students will have a clear picture of who is a consultant.

The objective of this course is to help students understand coaching and develop their ability to diagnose a coaching situation, and conduct a coaching intervention, using effective techniques. The main delivery methods include lectures and practice sessions.

The objective of the course is to help students understand how strategic thinking relates to strategic planning and help them develop the skills of designing and conducting strategic planning intervention. This course is highly participative. The main delivery methods include lectures, brainstorming, experience sharing and small group exercises.
